From Start To Finish
If you already made up your mind about which course you would like to study, you already took your first step. Have a futher look on how to apply!
Step 1: Apply
The first step is to fill out the free study estimate on our website.
• Apply at least one month before your intended study period by filling out our Non-Binding Study Estimate. • Feel free to select your course, length and also combine it with others (modules) as you wish. • You can let us know in the form when you would like to start your course at Meiji Academy. • Once your filled out form is sent, one of our student coordinators will contact you within 48 hours.
Step 2: Meet
Our student coordinator will advise you on your program and customize your individual study package.
• We will contact you via email and discuss your study package with you. • You can ask us any questions you have about your studies with us. • Let us know if you would like to adjust your course length, start/finish date and accommodation. • As time schedules can easily fill up, make sure to book additional modules in advance. • Once you are happy with your study package, we will ask you to fill out our online application and pay the invoice we send to you.
Step 3: Create
Your work is done and ours is about to start. We will customize your individual package and do all course preparations for you. So lean back and relax!
• Don’t forget to let us know about your arrival details (time, flight number, etc.) • If you booked a host family or room share, we will provide you with additional information about your homestay.
Step 4: Enjoy
It’s time to pack your luggage and hop on your plane to start your adventure. The land of the rising sun is waiting for you!
